SHARED ROOMS*

If you would like to share a room with another Nexion Travel Group Member attending this event, and you know who this person is at this time, you can register together during the registration process – both of you will have a registration fee show, as well as the total of the sleeping room nights.   

If your guest is not attending the event, you will have the opportunity to register the guest name during your registration process – please use the following discount code on the payment screen to remove this person’s registration fee: GUESTcomp

We are not able to split payments with Non-Registered guests.

SPLIT PAYMENTS ON A SHARED ROOM*: If you would like to split the payment with your roommate, please reach out to the Nexion Travel Group Events Team at events@nexion.com. We will work with you on the backend to get you both registered with a split payment.

*Nexion Travel Group does not assist with placing roommates; please post on NexionTown in the Roommate Needed group if you are interested in finding a roommate.
