Pre-CoNexion FAM activities are available here. In addition, attendees with a valid IATAN card can receive a Travel Agent VIP pass. 

Nexion Canada members will meet as a group pre-CoNexion 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15.

  • 1 – 6 p.m.: Nexion Central (Registration Desk) Open
  • 1– 4 p.m.:  Advisory Board Meeting (for Nexion Advisory Board members ONLY)
  • 2 – 4:30 p.m.: Optional pre-myExperience Zone (Open/Walk ins from 2-3:30 p.m.; sign up as pre-workshop from 3:30-4:30 p.m.)

  • 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Optional Pre-Workshop Rotation
  • 4:45 – 5:30 p.m.:  Agent-Only Business Session (This session is for U.S. Nexion members only please)
  • 5:45 – 7:15 p.m.: Opening General Session and CoNexion Kick Off
  • 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Opening Reception

  • 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Nexion Central Open
  • 8 – 10 a.m.: General Session and Breakfast
  • 10:15 – 11:15 a.m.: Workshop Rotation 1, including myExperience Zone
  • 11:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.: General Session and Lunch
  • 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Workshop Rotation 2, including myExperience Zone
  • 4 – 6 p.m.: Supplier Roundtables
  • Evening on Own

  • 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Nexion Central Open
  • 8 – 9:15 a.m.: General Session and Breakfast
  • 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.: Workshop Rotation 3, including myExperience Zone
  • 10:30 – 11:45 a.m.: Steamboat Ship Inspection (NOW FULL; Due to popular demand, Nexion will host a post-CoNexion webinar with American Queen Steamboat Company for all to learn about their ships.)
  • 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.: Workshop Rotation 4, including myExperience Zone
  • Noon – 2:30 p.m.: General Session and Lunch; Supplier Awards Presentation
  • 2:45 – 5:15 p.m.: Supplier Trade Show
  • 7:15 – 10 p.m.: Offsite event and dinner celebration (Mardi Gras-themed party – wear your festive, colorful resort wear and come ready to party!)
    Roundtrip motorcoach transportation will be provided beginning at 7:15 p.m. from the Porte Cochere off the first floor lobby of the Hilton Riverside.

  • 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Nexion Central Open
  • 8 – 10 a.m.: General Session and Breakfast
  • 10:15 – 11:15 a.m.: Workshop Rotation 5, including myExperience Zone
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Workshop Rotation 6
  • 12:45 – 2:15 p.m.: General Session with Lunch, Prizes and Agent Award Ceremony (must be present to win prizes; prize will be available for pickup in the foyer following the general session)
  • 3 – 4 p.m.: Optional Post Workshop Rotation
