Family Bonds Foundation & Haiti School Supply Donation Drive
We need your help! During CoNexion, Nexion invites all attendees to participate in our Help at Home; Help Abroad Donation Drive. This year, CoNexion attendees have two opportunities to donate: to the Family Bonds Foundation and to the School Supply Drive for Haiti! See the videos below for more information.
The Family Bonds Foundation donation drive will take place onboard the Harmony of the Seas. Opportunities to participate in the Family Bonds Foundation Donation Drive include: A Raffle, Silent Auction and Charity Walk onboard. PLUS, as a bonus, Nexion President Jackie Friedman will donate $1 each time the #GetConnected hashtag is used on social media between Sept. 22-27!
Note: Donations cannot be charged to your stateroom or through cvent. Nexion will accept credit card, personal check or cash donations at the Family Bonds table onboard for the raffle, silent auction and/or charity walk.
Raffle for prizes–1 entry for every $10 donated–Campaign runs from Sept. 10-27 with raffle drawing Sept. 28. Raffle donations received Sept. 10-21 will have a separate drawing than one done with donations on ship.

Charity walk, sponsored by Travel Insured International (open to all CoNexion attendees; $20 entry fee collected onboard at Family Bonds table)
- $20 entrance fee (if you purchase $20 or more in Family Bonds raffle tickets, this entrance fee is waived)
For the very first time, Nexion will host a School Supply Donation Drive at the Labadee port during CoNexion 2018 for the students of Haiti. There is a strong need for new or gently used backpacks, spirals and pens. So why not pack an extra bag with school supplies to donate, and then use the extra space for goodies you’ll receive from the trade show! Join Nexion in collecting items as we try to leave this world a little better than we found it.
To participate in the Haiti School Supply Donation Drive, attendees will need to bring backpacks/supplies on board with them and drop off at the designated spot near Nexion Central prior to arriving in Labadee September 24. This drive is for CoNexion attendees only. Thank you to Nexion member Sandy Clark for spearheading this charity opportunity.
