Join us at the beautiful Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida, for CoNexion, Nexion Travel Group’s annual member conference. Nexion Travel Group members have a special room block link, which is emailed to them upon registration and can also be found here. Modifications to room reservations must also be made with the hotel directly.
If you are interested in finding a roommate during CoNexion, we encourage you to make a posting on NexionTown in the CoNexion 2019 group. Also, be sure to RSVP for the CoNexion event in NexionTown and let other Nexion Travel Group members know you’ll be there.
As you should be selling travel protection to your customers, so should you purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations or unforeseen emergency situations. AIR DISCOUNTS
FOR NON-GDS/SNAP! USERS:
Nexion Travel Group has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the Westjet discount, the following steps must be taken:
• Make a reservation using SNAP! and click BOOK AND HOLD.
• If you are wanting to take advantage of the Westjet discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP!: “This PNR qualifies for the WS discount for CoNexion.”
• Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to snap@nexion.com to confirm the discount and rate
• Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable).
• As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP!.

For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion Travel Group. For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to snap@nexion.com, and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

Please note: The hotel room booking deadline for the CoNexion block rate is August 16. However, note that the room block will fill prior to that time. Our rates are for rooms with two queen beds and include complimentary internet in sleeping rooms, complimentary access to entertainment venues, complimentary self-parking, complimentary fitness center access and no resort fee.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
Complimentary airport round-trip shuttle transportation is offered to CoNexion attendees via Universal Superstar Shuttle valued at $35/pp, round trip. Here’s how to reserve your airport shuttle to/from CoNexion (Loews Royal Pacific Resort or Loews Sapphire Falls Resort):
- Complete ALL fields on the shuttle request document here by August 10, 2019. *Important* EACH PERSON riding in the shuttle MUST complete an application.
- Send your completed document to shuttle@universalorlando.com before August 10. You will receive an automatic response once your application is received.
- You will receive another confirmation email with specific instructions for your airport shuttle transfer by August 23, 2019.

If you are driving to the conference hotel, please see the information below for complimentary parking at Loews Pacific Royal Resort & Loews Sapphire Falls Resort:
- If you are staying at the property and self-park – the parking cost will be taken off your final bill if you are booked into the CoNexion room block.
- If you are staying off property and self-park – pick up a parking pass at CoNexion Central to use with your parking ticket when you leave the garage at the end of the day. You will need a new pass every day you drive to the Loews property.
- If you valet – whether you are staying at one of the properties or come in for the day – you will pay for this in full ($37 plus tax per night).
- Rental Cars WITH an IATAN Card: Nexion Travel Group advisors and supplier partners who hold a valid IATAN card can book agent rates with our supplier rental car partner Enterprise Holdings. Their brands, Alamo and National, offer agent rates up to 20% off. For agents with a GDS, please book in your GDS. For agents without a GDS, you can book on the supplier website.
