GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

*Transportation and airline fees are the responsibility of each Accelerated Sales Forum attendee. Accommodations at Grand at Moon Palace resort are included in the event fee for the evenings of April 24, 25, 26, 27 only. Please see helpful information below.

EVENT COST

$325 per agent/guest double occupancy; $399 per agent single

This price is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

  • ASF Event Registration Fee
  • 4 nights in a Grand Deluxe – Garden Room at the Grand at Moon Palace (April 24, 25, 26, 27)
    • All meals and all beverages (house non-alcoholic and alcoholic), including specialty restaurants (no reservations required), based on check-in/check-out times
    • All hotel taxes and fees
    • Wireless internet
    • Most on-property sports and activities (see Website for details)
    • All calls to U.S. and Canada
    • All food and drinks
    • Chi hair products, including a Chi hairdryer and straightener
    • If you are interested in finding a roommate during the Accelerated Sales Forum, we encourage you to make a posting on NexionTown    
    • Event and resort rate is net/non-commissionable

If you would like to split the cost of the event with a roommate, please email events@nexion.com for instructions on how to do so.

NOTE:  If you register for both the Group Travel Sales Summit AND the Accelerated Sales Forum, you will receive a $50 discount. You must use registration code DoubleEvent2018 and then hit “apply” after entering the discount code. This discount code will take $25 off each event. You must use this code in both events to receive the full $50 discount. This only applies to your registration fee and not any pre/post nights. This applies to both single and double occupancy.

Pre- and post-stays are available at the below rates in Grand Deluxe – Garden View Rooms. You may register for two pre- and two post-nights during the registration process. If you require additional nights, please email Kristin Nunez at events@nexion.com.

  • $258 USD per room, per night (single)

  • Cancellations without penalty for pre/post nights will be accepted 90 days before your arrival date.

TRANSPORTATION

  • You are best flying into Cancun International Airport; the resort is 13 minutes from the airport.
  • TRANSFERS: Lomas Travel is offering complimentary transportation to our agents and their guest(s) accompanying them to The Grand.These transfers are only available from the Cancun Airport and The Grand at Moon Palace from April 20th to April 30th.For any inquiries about the transfers, please contact events@nexion.com
