GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

*Transportation and airline fees are the responsibility of each Romance Travel Sales Summit attendee. Accommodations at the event resort are included in the event fee for the evenings of Oct. 7, 8, 9 and 10 only. Please see helpful information below.

EVENT COST

$299 per agent/guest double occupancy, $349 per agent single

This price is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes:

• RTSS Event Registration Fee
• 4 nights in a Grand Deluxe – Garden Room at the Grand at Moon Palace (October 7, 8, 9, 10)

  • All meals and all beverages (house non-alcoholic and alcoholic), including specialty restaurants (no reservations required), based on check-in/check-out times
  • All hotel taxes and fees
  • Wireless internet
  • Most on-property sports and activities (see www.moonpalace.com/grand/en-us for details)
  • If you are interested in finding a roommate during the Group Travel Sales Summit, we encourage you to make a posting on NexionTown
  • Event and resort rate is net/non-commissionable

Pre- and post-stays are available at the below rates in a Grand Deluxe Garden Room. You may register for one pre and one post night during the registration process. If you require additional nights, please email Kristin Nunez at events@nexion.com.

  • Single $244 USD per room, per night
  • Double $284 USD per room, per night
  • Cancellations without penalty for pre/post nights will be accepted 90 days before your arrival date

TRANSPORTATION

  • You are best flying into Cancun International Airport; the resort is 13 minutes from the airport
  • TRANSFERS: Attendees are not required to book transfers through Nexion or the hotel and may use any transfer company or taxi service preferred
    • Attendees may choose roundtrip transfers at $65 per person when registering through Nexion
    • The hotel also offers a transfer option that can be booked directly at the hotel for return transfers only

Romance Travel Sales Summit attendees can receive a 3, 5 or 10% discount when flying Delta Air Lines to Cancun (CUN).

For GDS Users:

  • Discount: 3% When Booked in T Class
  • Discount: 5% When Booked in I, Z, S, H, Q, K, L and U Class
