Join us at the beautiful Hilton New Orleans Riverside, Sept. 16-19, 2017, for CoNexion, Nexion’s annual member conference. Nexion agents have a special room block link, which is emailed to them upon registration. Modifications to room reservations must also be made directly through this link and not with the hotel directly. (If you did not receive the room block link, please email conexion@nexion.com.)
NOTE: Rooms are very limited for Friday, September 15, so we encourage you to arrive September 16 unless you’re partaking in pre-CoNexion activities. Don’t forget to post all roommate requests or needs in the CoNexion group in NexionTown. Thank you!

Agent Rates:
- Single/Double – $159/night plus taxes ($169/night City View; $199/night Executive Level)
- Quoted room rates are subject to all applicable city, county, state or federal taxes that apply at time of room occupancy. Currently, the tax rate is 15.75%, plus $3 occupancy fee per night (subject to change without notice). Total charges presented on the hotel room block website will include applicable room tax.
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours. Your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
- Attendees will receive complimentary basic WiFi in sleeping rooms.
- Self-parking fees discounted 50% from $38 to $19 per day.
ROOM BLOCK RELEASE DATE
The Hilton Riverside has established a room block release date of August 16, 2017 for Group reservations (or until the block is full, which is very likely to happen so do NOT wait to book your hotel).
