SUPPLIER/PARTNER GENERAL INFORMATION
The Nexion Events team will email a separate registration link to participating suppliers. (Note: Supplier partners should NOT register through this website nor use the agent pre-conference room block link.) To confirm participation level, suppliers should contact their Nexion supplier marketing representative.
Supplier Partner Cancellation Policy
Supplier participation sponsorships for CoNexion 2021 are non-refundable. Nexion strives to bring the supplier partner brands that have been advertised and promoted throughout the year and connect them with our agents in attendance. If you must cancel for any reason, please contact Cassy Hubler at chubler@travelleaders.com in the Events Department immediately so that we can update our website and marketing materials.

TRADE SHOW
CoNexion features a marketplace, tabletop exhibit space in the trade show. Please note the following regarding the Trade Show:
- Table top materials only please, no booth or pop ups.
- Electricity is not available. Please ensure your devices fully charged, if applicable.
- Think Green! Our agents will not have the ability to ship back materials and will only be able to hand carry items home in their luggage. Therefore we ask that you keep your collateral to a minimum.

EXHIBITOR KIT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
An exhibitor kit with shipping, rental and storage fee information will be sent to participating supplier partners in late summer. Contact supplier@nexion.com with questions.
