We are continually watching how COVID-19 is affecting our industry – your safety, along with our staff and suppliers, are our upmost priority. We have at this time decided to cancel our in-person CoNexion conference for 2020. We will be hosting a virtual CoNexion during the same time frame. Please save the dates of Sept. 11-13 for CoNexion at Home, which will be open to all Nexion Travel Group members. More information will be coming in June.

  • CoNexion registrations are currently being refunded. Please see the home page of myNexion for specifics.
  • If you had a reservation at Disneyland Resort Hotel, it is in the process of being canceled. The room rates were part of the conference with a special room block, so they are not available outside of the conference. If you booked outside the block, you will need to cancel your reservation directly with the hotel.
  • If you had a reservation at the Holiday Inn, we are working with the property on the cancellation of your reservations with the hotel. The Holiday Inn Anaheim will be refunding deposits by the end of May.
  • If you had reservations at offsite properties in conjunction with CoNexion, you should cancel at this time.

As we review the current travel restrictions, social distancing guidelines and how this will affect the CoNexion we know and love, it’s clear CoNexion would not be the same event we have grown accustomed to. (Having 1,000 people six feet apart is just not feasible.) We feel we have made the right decision to err on the side of the safety of our advisors, staff and suppliers by canceling the in-person event.
