PRE-CONFERENCE HOTEL/TRANSFERS
Hotel, transportation and airline fees are the responsibility of each CoNexion attendee. Please see helpful information below.
Nexion has partnered with the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina Hotel to offer CoNexion attendees exclusive rates for the pre-cruise night of Friday, Sept. 21, 2018. All rooms will be located in the hotel’s tower.
These exclusive rates include transfers from the hotel to the port on Saturday, Sept. 22 with your luggage.
The rates are prepaid rates and must be booked using the appropriate link below. You cannot book through the hotel directly.
NOTE: There are different links for U.S. members and Canadian members, due to Nexion Canada Day on Friday, Sept. 21. Be very careful about which link you use!
- You have the opportunity to add your Hilton Honors number, should you have one, during the booking process; we cannot book your room using your Hilton Honors points nor can we combine your personal hotel reservation with the transfers.
- You must book through this provided U.S. or Canada link below to receive the transfer option to the port.
- If you are sharing a room, you will be asked for your guest’s name during the registration process.
- Cancellation policy: You may cancel through 11 a.m. Central Monday, Sept. 3, 2018 to receive a full refund. After that time, refunds will not be issued. To cancel, please email conexion@nexion.com.

The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina has established a room block release date of Monday, September 3, 2018 or until the block is full, which is very likely to happen so do NOT wait to book your hotel).
From the Airport to Hotel: The Fort Lauderdale airport is 2 miles and approximately 10 minutes from the Hilton Marina. The average taxi ride should be approximately $14.00. Uber and LYFT are also available at the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
To the Port: Guests booking through the CoNexion room block and staying at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina Hotel are eligible for complimentary transportation with their luggage to Port Everglades on the morning of Saturday, September 22. Transportation to the port is only available to those booking a room in the CoNexion pre-cruise room block.
Note: Transfers FROM the ship to the airport upon disembarkation are not included. You can purchase a transfer through your cruise planner, when it is available or use private transfers for your return.
If you are not booking the pre-cruise hotel, transfers are on your own. You can find transfer options to/from the Port Everglades through Royal Caribbean International or use private transfers for your return.
