Cruise, transportation and airline fees are the responsibility of each CoNexion attendee. Please see helpful information below.
Nexion is pleased to announce airline discounts with our airline supplier partners Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and American Airlines for travel to Fort Lauderdale for CoNexion 2018 at sea!
For our GDS users, you may book and ticket in your Nexion GDS. Do not issue in any other GDS outside of Nexion.
For our non-GDS users, please use SNAP! Book your reservation in SNAP! for your travel days and choose Book and Hold. Send an email to snap@nexion.com, and they will apply the correct discount for your ticket.

- Must include tour code A9798BH
- Ticket Designator: AHAL07

For Non-GDS/SNAP! Users:
Nexion® has added an additional benefit for those who want to attend CoNexion. To take advantage of the American Airlines discount, the following steps must be taken:
- Make a reservation using SNAP! and click BOOK AND HOLD.
- If you are wanting to take advantage of the American Airlines discount, you must put the following information in the Special Remarks field when making the reservation in SNAP!: “This PNR qualifies for the AA discount for CoNexion.”
- Before pressing Purchase Ticket, send an email to snap@nexion.com to confirm the discount and rate
- Agents will be responsible for all exchange penalties and fees (if applicable).
- As a reminder, there is no ticketing fee when you use SNAP!.
