STATEROOM OPTIONS

The pricing below are for the total stateroom costs, in USD and charged in USD, for the occupancy and stateroom category displayed.

For example, Single Occupancy – Interior Stateroom is for one guest only in an interior stateroom, whereas Double Occupancy – Balcony is for two guests in a balcony stateroom.

Pricing includes the stateroom, fees, government taxes and CoNexion registration. At time of final payment, your credit card will be charged for the balance of your stateroom as well as $94.50 per person pre-paid gratuities ($115.50 per person for suites).

Note: A $250 USD deposit, per person, will be charged to your credit card several days after your registration is received. If you wish to hold a cabin with a roommate TBA, you will be charged the $250 USD per person deposit for the maximum number of passengers in the stateroom category you selected. For example, if you selected a double occupancy stateroom, your deposit will be $500 USD.

Note:

  • All prices do not include $94.50 per person ($115.50 per person for suites) prepaid gratuities, which will be charged at the time of final payment.
  • Deposits are $250 per person. If an agent wants to hold a cabin with a roommate TBA, the agent will need to pay $500.

The following fees are listed for reference only and do not indicate live inventory. Any categories that are sold out will be indicated as such during registration.

The stateroom cost includes the cruise, your conference registration, port charges and government fees. Pre-paid gratuities as indicated above will be due at final payment. Transportation to the port*, optional shore excursions, meals while ashore, certain beverages, photographs, telephone calls, WiFi charges, specialty restaurant charges onboard, purchases from the ship stores, medical services, laundry and spa treatments are not included in the stateroom price.
